- Зависимость структурных механизмов динамической рекристаллизации и механизмов пластической деформации от условий обработки металлических материалов с низкой и средней ЭДУ. Уменьшение вклада прерывистой динамической рекристаллизации и увеличение вклада непрерывной в формирование новой зеренной структуры при понижении температуры деформации. Закономерности формирования нанокристаллических и субмикрокристаллических структур в процессе интенсивной пластической деформации в условиях теплой и холодной обработки. Зависимость размера динамически рекристаллизованных зерен от напряжений течения. Влияние способа обработки и степени деформации на упрочнение, плотность внутризеренных и зернограничных дислокаций, удельную долю высокоугловых границ зерен. Ускорение кинетики динамической рекристаллизации при повышении плотности границ зерен в исходном состоянии, влияние дисперсных частиц вторых фаз.
- Высокие внутренние напряжения в нанокристаллических и субмикрокристаллических металлических материалах, полученных в результате интенсивной пластической деформации. Искривления кристаллической решетки в результате неоднородного распределения дислокаций несоответствия на границах зерен деформационного происхождения.
- Механизмы эволюции субмикрокристаллических материалов с кубической решеткой, полученных интенсивной пластической деформацией, при нагреве; влияние дисперсных выделений вторых фаз. Повышение однородности и ускорение статического возврата при увеличении степени предыдущей холодной или теплой пластической деформации. Условия реализации механизмов прерывистой и непрерывной статической рекристаллизации, их влияние на размер рекристаллизованных зерен.
