Основные научные положения, сформулированные автором на основании проведенных исследований:
  1. Научные основы разработки составов ОМС с высокой СОС, большой температурной областью переохлажденной жидкости при последующем нагреве, базирующиеся на результатах анализа внутренних (присущих самому сплаву) и внешних (зависящих от внешних условий) факторов, влияющих на СОС сплавов, а также технологии получения ОМС.
  2. Закономерности получения пористых материалов ОМС сплавов Zr-Ni-Cu-Al методом порошковой металлургии и ОМС Pd-Cu-Ni-P методом насыщения расплава водородом и последующего вспенивания при уменьшении давления, позволяющего регулировать размеры и объемную долю пор в зависимости от давления водорода и/или длительности последующего отжига при нагреве выше температуры стеклования.
  3. Установленные элементы атомной структуры металлических стекол, а также структурные изменения в ОМС при охлаждении расплава в области переохлажденной жидкости и интервале стеклования, выявленные методом in-situ рентгеновской дифракции.
  4. Положение о том, что процесс стеклования в многокомпонентных ОМС происходит при различных температурах в соответствии с коэффициентами диффузии компонентов сплава.
  5. Постулат о том, что пластификация ОМС осуществляется с помощью дополнительного легирования элементами, имеющими слабоположительную теплоту смешения с одним из других легирующих элементов сплава, что приводит к фазовому расслоению при нагреве, или путем образования других неоднородностей структуры, таких как включения кристаллической фазы.
  6. Особенности деформации ОМС при криогенных температурах: повышение напряжения течения, отсутствие зубчатого течения и сопутствующее исчезновение сигналов акустической эмиссии, обусловленные изменением вязкости материала в полосе сдвиговой деформации ввиду более низкой температуры сплава до начала пластической деформации, показатель скоростной чувствительности.
  7. Закономерности процесса кристаллизации, нанокристаллизации и фазового расслоения, изученные на широком классе ОМС с целью получения пластичных композитов и пластификации ОМС, а также кинетика перитектических/перитектоидных реакций со стекловидной фазой.
  8. Закономерности процессов деформации ОМС композитов на основе системы (Ni-Cu)50(Ti-Zr)50 и разработанный на их основе высокопрочный ОМС композит Ni45Cu5Ti40Zr10, обладающий сверхупругостью за счет обратимого мартенситного превращения..
  9. Закономерности процессов спекания образцов ОМС, а также композиционных материалов, полученных из порошков сплавов с ограниченной СОС методом искрового плазменного спекания или с использованием микроволнового излучения.
