Гусев Александр Леонидович (08.09.1961), ученый, инженер - испытатель космической техники (космических кораблей, спасательных систем, космических сварочных аппаратов и скафандров всех типов), автор более 300 научных работ, 50 патентов (изобретения и полезные модели), разработчик технических устройств и систем в области технологий безопасности, криогенных систем, вакуумных систем, систем газового анализа, энергетических систем, разработчик функциональных материалов, руководитель научно-исследовательских научных проектов, независимый эксперт, разработчик программного комплекса, соавтор учебника для академии Министерства по Чрезвычайным Ситуациям.
Область интересов – средства спасения, средства противодействия террору, системы защиты, пожарной безопасности, испытательная техника, функциональные материалы, энергогенерирущие системы, альтернативная энергетика, экология, системы климат-контроля, сенсоры, экотранспортные средства, водородная энергетика и водородная безопасность.

Участие в более чем 50 Государственных программах, в более 12 R&D проектов, более 50 патентов на изобретения по водородным технологиям, более 20 внедренных рационализаторских предложений на космических стартовых комплексах, более 500 научных трудов, отмечен 12 российскими и международными научными наградами.
А.Л. Гусев по официальным приглашениям читал лекции в Японии (фирмы: Асахи Касей Корпорейшн, Ниссан, Ниссан Моторс, Мицубиши, Тойота, Тойота Тсуша и др.), Германии (Байер и др.), Швейцарии (ETS), Польше (Политехнический Институт в Лодзи), в США (Университет Орландо, Университет Майами), Армении (Ереванский государственный университет), в России (МГУ и др.), Узбекистане (по приглашению Президента Республики Узбекистан), и др. странах
Направления работ. Водородная энергетика, автономные и бортовые источники энергии, космические технологии, атомная промышленность, криовакуумная техника, электрохромные и фотохромные системы для климаконтроля.
Являлся экспертом МНТЦ, является экспертом ФЦНТП, РОСНАНО. Является рецензетом ряда редколлегий международных научных журналов.
Исторические даты. Ровно 40 лет назад в 1978 году сдал свой первый экзамен по водородным топливам для космических систем. Ровно 30 лет назад принимал активное участие в качестве руководителя расчета системы 17Г85 и 17Г85С (криогенные: азот, кислород, водород) в Центре Управления Запуском первой многоразовой транспортной космической системы «Энергия-Буран».
1983 – 1988 годы работы по выполнению ответственных государственных космических программ на Гагаринском старте (1 Центральный Испытательный Полигон Космических Сил в должости «Инженер отделения» с участием в опытно-испытательных летно-конструкторских работах в роли руководителя расчета при испытаниях на герметичность в барокамере космических станций, пилотируемых и беспилотных космических аппаратов гражданского назначения ближнего и дальнего космоса, скафандров космонавтов (бортовых и для выхода в космос), сварочных аппаратов, объединенной двигательной установки для многорасзового космического корабля «Буран» - (более 50 объектов), испытания космических кораблей военного назначения (более 50 объектов).
За работы по модернизации барокамеры и проведению Летно-конструкторских испытаний космической станции «Мир», космических аппаратов и скафандров награжден государственными наградами (медали СССР, грамоты, благодарности), денежной премией и Грамотой Министерства Обороны СССР, подписанной вторым космонавтом планеты генерал-лейтенантом Германом Степановичем Титовым. Участвовал в опытно-конструкторских испытаниях, научной работе, обучении специалистов, в аварийно-спасательной группе при запусках ракетоносителей.
1988 – 1995 годы работы по выполнению ответственных государственных программ, связанных с монтажом, приемкой в эксплуатацию водородных космических стартовых комплексов многоразовой космической системы «Энергия» и «Энергия – Буран», активное участие в летно-конструкторских испытаниях (ЛКИ) МТКС «Энергия –Буран» в должности инженера – испытателя 3 Центрального Испытательного Полигона Космических Сил РФ.
В период работы на космодроме «Байконур» А.Л. Гусев подал и внедрил большое количество изобретений и рацпредложений; его экспонат занял первое место в МО РФ и второе место на ВДНХ (серебрянная медаль ВДНХ и крупная денежная премия), по итогам опубликованным руководством космодрома занял 7 место по изобретательской эффективности среди всех специалистов космодрома за 50 лет его функционирования.
Направления инновационной деятельности А.Л. Гусева связаны с разработкой и внедрением значимых научно-технических решений в области экологически чистого использования энергии, экологической безопасности, энергоэффективности, эргономики, которые дали большой экономический эффект, а также обеспечили реализацию поставленных государственных задач в сложных и тяжелых аварийных ситуациях.
А.Л. Гусевым впервые в мировой практике было предложено и в считанные часы успешно внедрено техническое решение по тушению крупного техногенного пожара в кабельном канале (200 кабелей длиной 8 км) с использованием газифицирующегося азота (применено 7 тонн газифицирующегося азота через металлорукава с криогенного заправщика). Данное решение впоследствии было запатентовано и передано РФЯЦ-ВНИИЭФ.
При возникновении аварийной ситуации на крупном криогенном резевуаре объемом 1000 куб. метров А.Л. Гусевым были выполнены трудоемкие и редкие многофакторные эксперименты с применением диоксида марганца палладированного в крупной теплоизоляционной полости аварийного резервуара, выполнены научные исследования с обнаружением новых эффектов в слоях ЭВТИ, предложена методология по исключению подобных аварийных ситуаций в будущем, ликвидирована аварийная ситуация.
1995 -1997 годы: работы по контролю деятельности РФЯЦ-ВНИИЭФ со стороны МО РФ. В июне 1997 года А.Л. Гусевым на Совещании было предложено Техническое решение «Вакуумная присоска» для успешного и немедленного прекращения радиационной аварии в РФЯЦ-ВНИИЭФ на стенде для исследования характеристик простых критических сборок (ФКБН-2М). Лишь благодаря немедленному внедрению Технического решения А.Л. Гусева удалось немедленно прекратить аварию и избежать эвакуации жителей.
1998 – 2000 годы: работа в роли начальника научно-исследовательской группы в Институте Ядерной и Радиационной Физики (ИЯРФ РФЯЦ-ВНИИЭФ). Руководство крупной научной группой ученых и конструкторов по программе Большой Андронный Коллайдер тематика «ALICE». В результате работы созданы успешные прототипы системы термостатирования на бинарном льде для единичного детектора фотонов и гамма-квантов «PHOS» на основе 64 сцинтилляторов из вольфрамата свинца. Макет был направлен в Швейцарию в ЦЕРН и прошел успешные экспериментальные испытания. Были переданы полученные теплофизические даные по бинарному льду в различных динамических условиях, а также предложены иные теплоносители и расчетные концепции функционирования системы термостатирования системы ALICE. А.Л. Гусев отмечен благодарностью главного инженера ЦЕРН за выполнение личных инициативных научно-исследовательских работ, в которых был обнаружен фазовый переход в веществе сцинтилятора (не был заявлен в документах поставщиков) и с учетом его существования были сделаны рекомендации, позволившие в будущем избежать разрушения сцинтилляторов за счет оптимизации силового нагружения при креплении сцинтилляторов в условиях обнаруженного фазового перехода при низких температурах и предупреждения тем самым возникновения разрушающего эффекта Ребиндера при термоциклировании.
2000 – 2004 годы: работы в должности начальника научно-конструкторской группы в Конструкторском Бюро РФЯЦ-ВНИИЭФ).
2004 – 2010 годы: работа в должности начальника научно-исследовательской группы в Институте Физики Взрыва РФЯЦ-ВНИИЭФ.
В 2000 году А.Л. Гусевым была разработана Концепция Альтернативной Энергетики и Экологии, которая была одобрена и поддержана Патриархом Водородной Энергетики доктором Т.Н. Везироглу и Первым заместителем Научного Руководителя РФЯЦ-ВНИИЭФ академиком РАН Юрием Алексеевичем Трутневым. Данная Концепция уже в 2000 – 2003 годах была реализована в виде системы, которая включает: Международную Ассоциацию Альтернативной Энергетики и Экологии (Прездент А.Л. Гусев), Национальную Ассоциацию Водородной Энергетики (Инициатор создания А.Л. Гусев, Президент П.Б. Шелищ, впоследствии А.Ю. Раменский), Международный научный журнал «Альтернативная энергетика и экология» (учредитель и гл. редактор А.Л. Гусев), Международный научный, образовательный и информационный портал «Водород» (учредитель и гл. редактор А.Л. Гусев).
В 2000 – 2010 годах А.Л. Гусевым организованы и проведены международные семинары, симпозиумы, конференции, конгрессы. Среди особо ярких научных мероприятий организованных А.Л. Гусевым в историю вошли IFSSEHT-2000, IFSSEHT-2003, WCAEE-2006 и другие научные мероприятия.
В 2016 году Международный научный журнал «Альтернативная энергетика и экология» (гл. редактор А.Л. Гусев) в Сарагоссе в Испании был награжден одной из высших премий МАВЭ (IAHE).
Изобретения и полезные модели А.Л. Гусева были отмечены Премиями Кулибина за лучшие изобретения и полезные модели Нижегородской области.
Разработки А.Л. Гусева участововали в ряде Международных выставок: в Париже, Ганновере, на Международной Экспозиции на Первом Всемирном Конгрессе «Альтернативная энергетика и экология», ISTC
А.Л. Гусев имеет Знак отличия в труде Государственной корпорации по атомной энергии "Росатом" - "Ветеран атомной энергетики и промышленности", Почетное Звание Ветеран Вооруженных Сил РФ, а также ряд государственных правительственных наград.
С 1999 года по настоящее время исполняет обязанности Генерального директора Научно-Технического Центра «ТАТА», с 2006 года по настоящее время является генеральным директором Института водородной экономики.
Область исследования: альтернативная энергетика и экология, в том числе и водородная экономика, космические технологии.

Достижения:
По результатам выполненных научных исследований в области альтернативной энергетики и экологии, в том числе солнечной энергетики им опубликованы более 200 публикаций, 1 монографии, более 50 патентов.
Под его руководством защищены 7 магистерских диссертаций, одна из которых была признана лучшей в Саровском Физико-Техническом Институте. Одна из диссертаций была высоко отмечена в МГТУ им. Н.Э. Баумана.
Написаны отзывы и сделаны выступления при защите пяти кандидатских диссертаций в МГТУ им. Н.Э. Баумана, МИСИС, СБГТУ им. Петра Первого и пяти докторских диссертаций по профилирующей тематике в РФ, Азербайджане, Узбекистане.
За период с 2005 по 2018 годы выполнены более 1000 экспертиз по научным проектам в РФ и за рубежом, включая МНТЦ, ФЦНТП, РОСНАНО и т.д.
За период с 2000 по 2018 годы выполнено не менее 500 рецензий на научные рукописи для российских и зарубежных журналов.

В 2015 году А.Л. Гусев системой РИНЦ (E-Library) был включен в ТОП-100 наиболее цитируемых ученых в области «Энергетики».
