НАУЧНО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКЯ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ

После окончания магистратуры устроилась в Институт Экономических Наук в Белграде. После защиты докторской диссертации продолжила совершенствовать свою профессиональную подготовку за рубежом. В период апрель-май 1987 года обучалась в Международном Институте Общественных Наук в Нидерландах (The International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in The Hague). В 1988 году получила стипендию Организации Объединенных Наций, в течение трех месяцев прошла обучение в постдокторантуре Экономического факультета МГУ им. М. Ломоносова, где защитила работу на тему "Молодежь и безработица в Сербии" и получила сертификат этого престижного ВУЗа. В 1989 году получила стипендию американского агентства УССИА, и продолжила обучение в США.

Преподавательской деятельностью занимается с 1992 года: на факультете Менеджмента Университета «Братья Карич» получает звание доцента и преподает следующие дисциплины: «Предпринимательство» и «Основы менеджмента». Читает лекции и проводит занятия в Белграде, Нише и Печи. На данном этапе своей профессиональной деятельности участвовала в организации и проведении большого количества круглых столов, форумов и конференций в области предпринимательства и менеджмента. За время работы на факультете Менеджмента Университета «Братья Карич», кроме учебника по предмету Предпринимательство, выпустила еще несколько научных работ, среди которых самым важным безусловно является авторское приложение «О предпринимательстве» в Экономической и Деловой Энциклопедии (Современная Администрация, Белград 1994). Данное приложение является первым в этой области в Сербии.

С 1996 года сотрудничала (и работала) с несколькими американскими университетами (St.Paul, Pebble Hills университет, университет Феерли Дикинсона, New Jersey университет, университет Акамай (Хило, Гаваи), Франклин Пирс университет (Риндж, Нью Хэмпшир), КалКампус, Американская школа генеалогии, геральдики и документалистики (Комо, Миссисипи)). Сотрудничество с несколькими из них (университет Феерли Дикинсона, New Jersey университет, университет Акамай и Американская школа генеалогии, геральдики и документалистики ) продолжается по сей день. В упомянутых вузах преподает следующие программы: «Основы предпринимательства», «Женское предпринимательство», «Глобальные проблемы», «Организационное поведение», «Принципы менеджмента», «Экономическое развитие развивающихся стран», «Методы исследования в общественных науках». В Университете Акамай занимает должность директора магистратерского направления «Женское предпринимательство» (в то же время являясь автором реализуемой программы обучения). Кроме того, с 2007 года сотрудничает с Ирландской бизнес-школой (филиал в Лондоне).

С 2004 года проф. Мирьяна Радович-Маркович работает на постоянной основе в Институте Экономических Наук в Белграде, где участвует в проектах Министерства образования и науки Республики Сербии. Была председателем Научного совета (апрель 2008 – сентябрь 2011), членом Управляющего совета (2009-2010). В настоящее время занимает позицию руководителя Центра фундаментальных экономических исследований и является главным и ответственным редактором журналов «Экономический анализ» и «Женское предпринимательство и образование». Оба журнала с 2011 года включены в перечень ведущих рецензируемых журналов, одобренный Министерством образования и науки Республики Сербии.

С 2012 года постоянным местом работы проф. Мирьяны Радович-Маркович, помимо Института экономических наук, также является Высшая школа бизнеса и предпринимательства в Белграде. Имеет звание профессора в нескольких университетах: в Государственном Уинверситете в Крагуевеце (Республика Сербия) - дисциплина Экономика предпринимательства; в Уинверситете Акамай (США) - дисциплина Женское предпринимательство; в Университе в Порто-Ново (Intercontinental University), Республика Бенин (где занимает должность вице-президента).

За время своей карьеры прочитала множество лекций по приглашению. Недавно был прочитан курс лекций на конференции экспертов ОЭСР в Стамбуле, затем в бизнес-школе Saïd в Оксфорде, студентам Швейцарского колледжа Франклина, студентам университета св. Клемента Охридского в Болгарии и.т.д. Кроме того, проф. Мирьяна Радович-Маркович выступала с лекциями (по приглашению) в университете во Вроцлаве (Польша), в Европейской Академии Наук (Лондон): (ссылка http://www.ae-info.org/ae/Acad_Main/Plenary_Conferences/Wroclaw_2013/AE-Letters%20Session%20Speakers ) и.т.д.

С 2012 года работает в качестве приглашенного профессора в вышеупомянутом Государственном университете в Софии, а с начала 2014 года является профессором Магистерской программы ВУЗФ университета в Софии.

В начале 2014 года избрана почетным профессором в области менеджмента и делового администрирования в ИИЦ – государственном технологическом университете, основанном в Камбодже и имеющим филиалы в Малайзии и Великобритании (ссылка http://www.iic.edu.kh/panel_of_expert/img/lecturer/Prof.%20dr%20Mirjana%20Radovi-Markovi.pdf).

Проф. Радович-Маркович является автором тридцати трех книг и более двухсот пятидесяти научных работ. Помимо редактирования трех научных журналов (один из которых включен в базу Thomson Reuters), является рецензентом еще десятка международных журналов, два из которых включены в базу Thomson Reuters.

Книга ЖЕНЩИНЫ И ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬСТВО: ЖЕНСКАЯ ВЫДЕРЖКА, НАСТОЙЧИВОСТЬ И ИНТУИЦИЯ АВТОРОВ авторов Радович-Маркович, М. и Аволио, Б., опубликованная всемирно известным издательством (Gower & Ashgate) (Лондон) в 2013 году, находится в списке мировых бестселлеров (YBP eBook Best Seller list, август 2014).

За научную работу и вклад в профессию именем проф. Мирьяны Радович-Маркович был назван Центр женских и гендерных исследований Университета в Порто-Нова, Республика Бенин.

• Дунавский регион - Занятость и безработица в районе Майданпек, с прогнозами на 2005 год. Проект финансирован Региональным сообществом экономического развития. Реализатор: Экономический институт, Белград 1989 (Мирьяна Радович разрабатывала прогнозы занятости и миграции - суточные и сезонные - в районе.

• “ Строительство заводов по производству органических фильтров для очистки воздуха и воды, Международный проект, первая фаза которого была реализована при сотрудничестве Экономического института в Белграде, института " Винча" в Белграде, Института "Михайло Пупин" в Белграде и отделения ООН в Вене, Австрия. (Руководитель проекта со стороны Института экономических наук в период 1990-1992)

• Региональное развитие 24 округов/районов в южной части Сербии. Проф. Радович-Маркович написала около 1000 страниц текста для данного проекта. Проект финансирован Министерством науки Республики Сербии в сотрудничестве с Региональными центрами экономического развития. Работа над проектом длилась четыре года, с 1989 по 1992 год. Реализатор проекта: Институт экономических наук, Белград.

КОЛИЧЕСТВЕННАЯ ОЦЕНКА

На основании количественой оценки опубликованных научных работ можно сделать вывод, что речь идет об одном из самых продуктивных авторов в научных областях, которыми он интересуется. Структура и количество опубликованных научных работ служат подтверждением этого (Таблица 1). Кроме того, количество реализованных баллов больше чем в 15 раз превышает количество баллов необходимых для получения звания профессора.

КАЧЕСТВЕННАЯ ОЦЕНКА

Показатели успеха академика проф. Мирьяны Радович-Маркович в педагогической и научной работе отражены в ее выдающихся результатах и признании научного вклада на международном уровне. Об этом свидетельствует множество прочитанных лекций по приглашению в престижных международных университетах и академиях наук и искусств, а также тот факт, что ее научные труды издают в Великобритании, Соединенных Штатах, Франции, Португалии, Литве, Польше, Болгарии, Румынии, Словакии, Чехии, Венгрии, Малайзии и Индии. При оценке качественных показателей научного вклада академика проф. Была избрана членом шести международных академий наук и искусств, в некоторых и на руководящие позиции (Европейская академия наук и искусств, Лондон, Великобритания - секретарь представительства академии в Сербии и заместитель председателя Сербской королевской академии наук и искусств). Кроме того, за свою новаторскую работу в области женского предпринимательства получила два почетных доктората в 2010 году: в Соединенных Штатах Америки и Индии.
